IR Laser Virtual Keyword: A Review Paper
Abstract: Technology is evolving at an unprecedented pace, becoming faster, more compact, lightweight, and efficient. Continuous advancements in electronics, communication systems, and embedded technologies have led to the development of innovative devices that enhance convenience and improve user interaction with digital systems. One such innovation is the laser projection keyboard, a virtual input device that eliminates the need for a traditional physical keyboard. By projecting a full-sized keyboard onto any flat …

Design and Implementation of a 4-Bit Breadboard CPU Using Digital Integrated Circuits
Abstract: This paper presents the design and hardware realization of a simple 4-bit CPU built using discrete TTL integrated circuits on a breadboard. The CPU employs a 4-bit common data bus with tri-state buffers for device arbitration, three 4-bit registers (Register A, Register B, and an Output Register) implemented with 74LS175 quad D flip-flops, and a 4-bit ALU for addition/subtraction using a 74LS83 adder and XOR gates. Manual control signals (load, …

AI based Assistive glasses for visually impaired persons
Abstract: There been a lot of change in tools for assisting visually impaired persons from simple analog tools to digital sensor-based devices. In this paper we have designed an AI- based smart assistive glass which can detect objects, read text their nature, distance and give feedback through audio output in real time. This system stores visual data and with use of object recognition it analyzes surroundings.Besides,VL53L0X TOF mea- sures accurate distance …

Hybrid Quantum-Classical Reinforcement Learning Enabled Thermal-Aware Electronic Design Automation Framework for Energy-Efficient Next-Generation VLSI Systems Applications
Abstract: Modern Very Large-Scale Integration (VLSI) systems are becoming more complicated, which has increased need for sophisticated Electronic Design Automation (EDA) frameworks that can concurrently optimise thermal behaviour, power consumption, and performance. This study proposes a Hybrid Quantum-Classical Reinforcement Learning (HQCRL) Enabled Thermal-Aware EDA Framework for next-generation energy- efficient VLSI systems. The proposed framework integrates quantum-inspired optimization techniques with classical reinforcement learning algorithms to address the challenges of placement, routing, and …

Spatiotemporal Analysis of Mean-Field Coupled Lorenz Oscillators for Applications in Electronic Network Design and Chaotic Synchronization
Abstract: This study investigates the spatiotemporal behavior of a network of 100 coupled Lorenz oscillators interacting through mean-field coupling with coupling strength κ = 0.1 and explores its relevance to electronic system design and nonlinear network architectures. While each oscillator follows classical Lorenz dynamics, the coupling mechanism enables collective behavior that resembles synchronization phenomena observed in distributed electronic and communication systems. Numerical simulations reveal rich dynamical characteristics including partial synchronization, emergent …

An Overview on Quantum dot technology in Temperature sensor design
Abstract: Quantumdot (QD) thermometry harnesses the sizedependent electronic structure of semiconductor nanocrystals to translate minute temperature variations into robust optical signals. In this work we present a systematic design framework for QDbased temperature sensors that integrates (i) bandgap engineering through precise colloidal synthesis, (ii) surfacestate passivation to suppress nonradiative pathways, and (iii) a planar photonicreadout architecture compatible with lowcost, CMOSfriendly fabrication. By exploiting the linear redshift of the photoluminescence (PL) peak …

Design of Scrap Collection and Reward Machine Using Verilog HDL
Abstract: The growing amount of waste produced in urban environments has led to a demand for effective and automated recycling solutions. In this paper, a scrap collection and reward machine is designed and implemented using the Verilog Hardware Description Language (HDL). The proposed system is developed to provide a reliable and automated approach for managing recyclable materials while motivating users through a reward-based mechanism. The design includes scrap input interfaces, a …
