Advanced Laser Technology for Curing Cancer Affected Melanoma-Cell
Abstract: In this paper we report the results about the study and experimental usage of a cancer curing laser equipment. Cancer can be detected using laser induced ultrasound .This device could scan a lymph node biopsy with laser pulses, whereby the pigment of melanin which is present in each and every cells reacts to the laser's beam, absorbing the light, and heating and cooling rapidly. This produces a popping sound that's …

Design of a Microstrip Patch Antenna with an Array of Circular SRR Using Left-Handed Metamaterial
Abstract: In this paper, the design of a patch antenna with a metamaterial composed of circular SRR is proposed. The proposed antenna design is fabricated on FR4 substrate and the experimental results obtained are in good agreement with the simulated results. By using the circular SRR structure the return loss of the conventional patch antenna has been improved from -11.5dB to -18.5dB. influence of metamaterial designed on another layer characteristics of …

Edge-detecting Technique to Increase Slew Rate for Differential Amplifier
Abstract: This paper addresses a very compact low-power class-B buffer amplifier topology for large-size liquid crystal display applications. With enhanced slew rate, Edge-Detecting technique the proposed buffer achieves high-speed driving performance, draws a small quiescent current during static operation. The proposed SRE design is achieved more than 68 times improvements in the slew rate without significant increase of static power dissipation. Post-layout simulations show that the proposed buffer can drive a …

Characterization of Dielectric Resonator Antenna (DRA) for Broadband Applications: An Overview
Abstract: This article presents a brief review on realization techniques of broadband spectrum using Dielectric Resonators (DRs). Dielectric materials have attractive features in millimeter (mm) wave regions. In this article, attention has been focused on broadband design techniques using DRAs. The dielectric resonators possessing multi-resonant frequencies have been used for the purpose. These multi-resonant frequencies could be merged together to produce the required broadband spectrum. The primary goal of this review …

Realization of Fourth Order Multifunction Filters Using Operational Transresistance Amplifier
Abstract: Design of analog filters, using single Operational Transresistance Amplifier (OTRA) as the active current mode building block, is presented. Five types of filters have been designed namely Low Pass, High Pass, Band Pass, All pass, and Notch. The order of the proposed filters is four. The theoretical results are verified with PSPICE simulation using 0.5m CMOS process parameters provided by MOSIS (AGILENT). Frequency responses for the presented filters are shown …
