Managing the Resources of LTE Networks using Multi-orthogonal Access based on Deep Learning
Abstract: AbstractOne of the topics discussed in telecommunications systems is joint subcarrier and power allocation in the uplink of an NOMA system that we study. Due to this reason a novel radio resource management framework is presented based on code-domain and a deep learning algorithm for uplink and downlink transmissions, such that the neural network is trained by Bayesian regularization back propagation and the mean squared error )MSE) are the training …

An Optimized Configuration of Photonic Crystal Fiber (PCF) for High Birefrigent and Low Loss Application using FDTD Method
Abstract: AbstractTwo simplified structures are theoretically designed for high birefringence and low loss guiding photonic crystal fiber at operating wavelength 1.55 µm. The effective index, birefringence and confinement loss are obtained using finite difference time domain method. Simulation result shows that the maximum modal birefringence is equal to 86.33x10-5 for one configuration and lowest confinement loss in another configuration is nearly equal to 0.70x10-2 dB/Km at same operating wavelength.Keyword: birefringence, FDTD …

Effect of Outdated CSI in a Multiuser TAS/MRC System over Correlated Nakagami-m fading
Abstract: The TAS/MRC system is a widely accepted technique to reduce the complexity level of a multiuser MIMO system with little reduction in the performance. This increases the practical applicability of TAS/MRC system. In TAS/MRC algorithm the channel state information (CSI) is provided to the transmitter for selection of best transmitting antenna for better system performance. However, two important factors may reduce the performance of the TAS/MRC system considerably, out dated …

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome: A Current Update from Literature
Abstract: PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) is an endocrine condition that affects women of reproductive age and can have catastrophic consequences. Menstrual irregularities, hirsutism, evidence of hyperandrogenism, and insulin resistance are all indicators of PCOS. PCOS individuals are more likely to suffer reproductive, metabolic, and cardiovascular problems. The pathogenesis of PCOS is complicated by a number of factors, including genetics, environmental factors, hormonal imbalances, obesity, ovarian dysfunction, and hypothalamus pituitary malformations. Despite …

Molecular Characterization of Environmental and Clinical Non Tuberculous Mycobacteria Isolates from Copper Mines and Miners in Zambia
Abstract: Background: The active and ex-miners have high risk factors for Non Tuberculous Mycobacteria (NTM) disease due to the high burden of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection, tuberculosis and silicosis through extensive use of aerosolised water for dust control in the mining environment. The study aimed at the isolation and characterization of nontuberculous mycobacteria from the miners and ex-miners in Zambia. Methods: Sputum samples were collected from 85 miners and ex-miners132 …

Obstetric Risks and Complications for Pregnant Women with Epilepsy: A Review
Abstract: Although epilepsy is a prevalent neurological condition, pregnant women with epilepsy face additional problems. A woman's risk of preeclampsia/eclampsia increases if she has epilepsy, as do other obstetrical issues such as premature labour and delivery, foetal loss due to ectopic pregnancy, induced abortion, caesarean section, stillbirth, and low birth weight kids. Epileptic mothers' babies are particularly vulnerable to serious birth defects and long-term neurological problems. For pregnant women with epilepsy, …

Infertility and Assisted reproductive technology (ART): An overview
Abstract: Numerous scientific advances in the last several years have increased our understanding of infertility and provided us with the means to improve both the success and safety of infertility treatments. In the past, infertility was defined as the inability to conceive after a year of regular, unprotected intercourse. When a couple's fertility fails, they get despondent and dissatisfied. They blame women, and sometimes each other, for infertility failure. People's attitudes …

Recurrent Pregnancy Loss and Thrombophilia: An insight
Abstract: By definition, thrombophilia refers to acquired and/or hereditary diseases that predispose people to venous and arterial thromboembolic events. The most common cause of death on the planet is thrombosis. Myocardial infarction and stroke are major causes of morbidity and mortality in the vascular system. The deep veins of the lower extremity are the most usually involved in venous thromboembolic events, which can lead to pulmonary emboli. Thromboembolism is the major …

Settlement of Soil while Digging
Abstract: While digging of soft soil, collapse of soil takes place. When load of man is more than bearing strengthof soft soil, the soil will settle down. Hence bearing strength of mud soil is found at a particular depthand this is compared with load coming due to man. If weight of man is more as compared to bearingstrength of wet soil, the settlement will occur. The process of excavation in soft …
