Abstract: This paper presents a novel HS-14T design aimed at significantly improving read and write delays compared to conventional 6T and other memory cells RHRD-12T, SEUH-12T, and NHRC-14T. As technology scales, the demand for faster and more stable memory cells becomes increasingly critical. Our proposed HS-14T incorporates additional transistors to enhance stability and reduce access times, resulting in notable performance gains. Western Indian Ocean and Impacts of SDG14: Life Below Water
Abstract: The SDGs outline a sustainable and inclusive global future. This paper discusses progress toward SDG 14 within the WIO, emphasizing four targets that were set for achievement by 2020. Given that current methods of evaluation of policy-informing lack precision, in this region, little headway has been made toward meeting the set targets, and the attainment of SDG 14 by 2030 does not seem possible. SDG 14.2 and 14.5: Moving at …

Correlation of Hypoproteinemia and Hypoalbuminemia with Hypercholesterolemia in the Children with Nephrotic Syndrome
Abstract: Nephrotic Syndrome (NS) is a clinical entity characterized by massive loss of urinary protein (primarily albuminuria) leading to hypoproteinemia resulting in edema. Hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, and increased lipiduria are usually associated with Nephrotic Syndrome. Although not commonly thought of as part of the syndrome, hypertension, hematuria, and azotemia may be present [1]. This prospective cross-sectional study was performed on 100 children with the age of 14 years with Nephrotic Syndrome in …
