Properties of Biodegradable Films based on Pectin, Mango Kernel Flour and Unrefined Palm Oil
Abstract: This study allowed to develop biodegradable films based on pectin, incorporating mango kernel flour and unrefined palm oil, whose physical and mechanical properties were investigated.
