Effect of Bi2O3 Content and Sintering Temperature on the Frequency-Dependent Magnetic Properties of Nanosized Barium Hexaferrite
Abstract: The magnetic properties of commercially available nanosized barium hexaferrite (BaFe12O19) are studied. The particles were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), and high-frequency magnetic measurements. The frequency-dependent magnetic properties viz. complex permeability and loss tangent were analyzed within the 10 MHz to 1 GHz range. Abstract: AbstractTGDDE matrix material along with functionalized graphene oxide (F-GO) as reinforcement was used to develop a unique skeletally modified tetra functional epoxy nanocomposites. Amine functionalization of graphene oxide nanoparticles (F-GO) on its surface was achieved by grafting 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) as coupling agent. CuO/TiO2 Nanocomposites: Effect of Calcination on Photocatalytic Hydrogen Production
Abstract: Hydrothermally synthesized TiO2 nanorods were subjected to calcination from 350 to 550 °C and tested their catalytic performance for hydrogen (H2) production in aqueous glycerol solution under solar irradiation. High rate of H2 evolution ca.300 µmol.h−1.g−1cat was recorded with TiO2 nanorods calcined at 500 °C.
