Thermally Stimulated Luminescence and Electron Spin Resonance Study of Gamma Irradiated Poly Carbonate
Abstract: Polycarbonate (PC) is an industrially important polymer. Gamma irradiation effects of PC are investigated by thermally stimulated luminescence (TSL) and electron spin resonance (ESR) techniques. The TSL spectra of irradiated PC have shown two glow peaks, around 149oC (422 K) and 165oC (438 K). Experimental Studies to Record the Lithographically Fabricated Microstructures by Surface Profilometry and Scanning Electron Microscopy for Microfluidic Laboratory-on-a-Chip Systems
Abstract: In this research paper, the poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) microfluidic laboratory-on-a-chip system is fabricated in the cleanroom laboratory by maskless lithography, hot embossing lithography and direct bonding technique. The microstructures of the lab-on-a-chip system are measured by surface stylus profilometer. Also, the images of microstructures of lab-on-a-chip system are captured by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). This fabricated lab-on-a-chip system is useful in bioengineering applications.

Electrical Characteristics of Nanoelectronic Double-Heterojunction High Electron Mobility Transistors
Abstract: AbstractIn this work, a maximum drain current of 554 mA is achieved by the simulated structures of double-heterojunction HEMTs using the SILVACO-ATLAS software tool. The drain current is found to be higher at shorter gate length and at larger aluminium mole fraction.
