Determination of Pesticide Residues in Agricultural Soil using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gazipur District, Bangladesh
Abstract: This study was undertaken to determine the presence of pesticide residues in some agricultural soils of Gazipur district in Bangladesh. The collected soil samples were analyzed for some selected pesticides such as DDT, methoxychlor, acephate, fenthion, fenitrothion, parathion, ethion, carbaryl, carbofuran and cypermethrin by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with PDA detector.
