Nanostructure-Induced Thermoelectric Enhancement in Bi₂Te₃ Nanorods Design, Analysis, and Performance Evaluation
Abstract: Thermoelectric materials capable of efficient energy conversion near room temperature are critical for waste heat recovery applications. In this work, solution-grown Bi₂Te₃ nanorods were synthesized via a trioctylphosphine-assisted thermal decomposition route, and the influence of surfactant-induced nanostructuring on their thermoelectric properties was systematically investigated. Structural analysis using X-ray diffraction and Rietveld refinement confirmed the formation of rhombohedral Bi₂Te₃ with the emergence of Bi₂Te₃–BiTe nanocomposites at higher surfactant concentrations. Electron microscopy …

REVIEW OF PHARMACOEPIGENETICS: BRIDGING EPIGENETICS AND PERSONALIZED MEDICINE
Abstract: Pharmacoepigenetics is an emerging field that explores how alterations in gene expression, independent of DNA sequence changes, influence individual responses to drugs. Unlike pharmacogenetics, which focuses primarily on genetic variation, pharmacoepigenetics integrates genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors to explain interindividual differences in drug efficacy, toxicity, and resistance. Key epigenetic mechanisms including DNA methylation, histone modifications, non-coding RNAs, and RNA methylation play critical roles in regulating drug metabolism and therapeutic outcomes. …

Complex Space-Time and the Structure of Relativistic Quantum Theory
Abstract: Relativistic quantum mechanics was developed to reconcile the principles of quantum mechanics with Einstein’s theory of relativity. Despite its success in describing high-energy particles, the theory continues to face unresolved conceptual and mathematical difficulties, particularly in relation to the nature of time, causality, and relativistic consistency. In recent years, the idea of extending space-time into the complex domain has emerged as a useful and potentially meaningful approach to these problems. …

Gut Microbial Metabolites in Inflammatory, Metabolic, and Neurologic Disorders.
Abstract: The human gut microbiota transforms dietary and hostderived substrates into a diverse array of metabolites—including shortchain fatty acids (SCFAs), hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), bile acid derivatives, indoles, trimethylamine Noxide (TMAO), branchedchain amino acid (BCAA) derivatives, and lipopolysaccharide (LPS)—that act as key signaling mediators along epithelial, immune, endocrine, and neural axes. These metabolites regulate barrier integrity, energy homeostasis, inflammation, and gut–brain communication and are increasingly implicated in the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel …
