Simulation Studies on the Electrical Characteristics of Novel Nanoelectronic AlGaN/GaN/AlGaN Double-Heterojunction HEMTs for Industrial Applications
Abstract: AbstractWe report the drain characteristics of AlGaN/GaN/AlGaN double heterojunction (DH) high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs) with the associated quantum well depths. The drain current is higher corresponding to the larger doping concentration of AlGaN nano-layer. The drain current is higher with the larger gate voltage at any particular drain voltage. The quantum well depth is significantly higher with the increasing doping concentration of AlGaN nano-layer. About the novelty of this …

Morphological and Dielectric Relaxation Responses of Polymer Stabilized Ferroelectric Liquid Crystal Composite Films
Abstract: Polymer-stabilized ferroelectric liquid crystal (GH-PSFLC) composite films have been prepared by polymerization-induced phase separation (PIPS) process as a function of polymer concentration. Epoxy polymer was homogeneously dispersed into FLC host matrix to create fibril network in the composite films. Twisted fibril-like network was observed through polarizing optical microscope through transmission mode. Dielectric relaxation spectroscopy of these composites shows that real part of permittivity decreases with polymer concentration. Goldstone relaxation mode …

Biochemical Analysis of Cadaveric Synovial Fluid for Determination of Death Interval
Abstract: Estimation of post-mortem interval or time since a death has always remained an important requirement in medico-legal autopsies. Since the 1850s, scientists have been working on different methods to determine post-mortem interval but none of the methods is either or collectively reliable in measuring exact death interval because of environmental factors. Hence in this study, synovial fluid sodium concentration was investigated to predict post-mortem interval. Total 100 samples of the …
