Abstract

This paper monitored the transport reflecting Rhodopseudomonas concentration in natural pond, the study express the rate of predominant influence from bacterial transport coefficient in the migration and deposition of Rhodopseudomonas in the study environment, the rate of bacterial transport coefficient in the natural pond shows that there is the tendency of partial immobile velocity in the pond, these factors reflected on the transport system of Rhodopseudomonas in the natural pond. The growth rate of Rhodopseudomonas in the natural pond maintained linear exponential growth rate, the concentration values are between 0.279991593–12.59962167, 0.280542215–12.62439969, 0.282778513–12.72503308, 0.285023093–12.8260392, 0.287281124–12.92765057, and 0.290122685–13.05552084, 0.292985516–13.1843482, and 0.295869756–13.31413903. The study detailed the factors that cause the exponential growth rate in the system but focused on the predominant influential factors that express the behaviour of the microbes in terms of their transport process in the pond, applying developed modeling and simulation generated predictive values and both parameters generated best fits correlation. The study is imperative because it has explained the variation factors of concentration in the pond; it has also expressed the cause of rapid increase of the contaminant in the natural state. Experts will definitely adopt this concept to monitor Rhodopseudomonas in natural pond.
