Biosynthesis of Magnetic Iron Oxide Nanoparticles Using Hibiscus as a Plant Source
Abstract: Green chemistry has significant role in improving and protecting the global environment and they are even competent over other conventional methods. This paper investigates the greener route to nanoparticles which were produced by coprecipitation technique using hibiscus leaf extract as a plant resource. This method has been proven cost effective, simple, economical, eco-friendly and non-hazardous. The formation and nature of synthesized magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles were characterized by UV–Vis spectroscopy, …

Simulation of Current Density of Oxide Layer Materials & Synthesis, Characterization of Nano Lanthanum Aluminate and Its Dielectric Analysis
Abstract: The complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology is in an urge requirement of high dielectric material especially at nano level scaling to avoid quantum mechanical tunnelling and leakage current. Hence to optimize the device performance and to compare the conventional SiO2 oxide material with the selected novel high K material (LaAlO3), the SiO2 and LaAlO3 materials are atomically built in the Virtual Nano Lab – Quantum Wise version 12.8.0 software and …

Nanomechanical Properties of Aluminium Thin Films on Polycarbonate Substrates Using Nanoindentation
Abstract: properties of aluminium thin films by nanoindentation. The properties of sputtered aluminium films on polycarbonate were tested with a variation in coating thickness. The resulting data obtained from nanoindentation was studied using load–displacement curves and also with the variation of hardness, stiffness and Young’s modulus with indentation depth. The results obtained showed the change in composite mechanical properties with variation in thickness of aluminium coating. The effect of soft polycarbonate …

Natural Polyamine-capped Silver Nanoparticles used as a Decontaminant in Plant Tissue Culture
Abstract: Silver nanomaterials have been extensively practiced as an antimicrobial agent in water treatment, burnt treatment, wound dressings, etc. But the use of nanosilver as a decontaminant in plant tissue system has not yet been a popular practice in the field of agronomy. However, practically there are scanty or no reports on the use of nanosilver as a decontaminant in plant tissue culture methods. In the present work, different types of …
