Compatative Catalytic Study of Oxidation of Thiourea by Chromium (VI) in Presence of Different Catalysts and Micelles
Abstract: The series of catalysts like acetate, oxalate, EDTA, the varies micelles viz, CTAB, SDS, TRITON X-100 was carried out in the kinetic study of oxidation of Thiourea by Cr(VI) as an oxidant in water medium. The effect of catalytic efficiency has been study for varies catalyst and micelles by volumetric method and UV spectroscopic methods. The product was confirmed by IR studies. UV study reveals shows that higher catalytic efficiency …

Heavy Metal Exposure in Industrial Workers of Punjab
Abstract: Background: Particularly for those in sectors such textiles, metallurgy, and electronics, heavy metal exposure in industrial environments is a major health issue. A range of negative health effects can result from metal exposure including lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), arsenic (As), and nickel (Ni), including neurological, pulmonary, and renal ones. There is little information available on the degree of heavy metal exposure industrial workers in Punjab, India experience. Objective: …

Progress and Prospects of Chromium-Based p-Type TCOs: Next-Generation Transparent Electronics
Abstract: The field of active devices has recently shown a great interest in p-type transparent conducting oxides (TCOs). In the realm of optoelectronics, a new generation known as "Invisible Electronics" began with the introduction of transparent junctional devices. In recent years, many different p-type transparent conducting oxide materials with enhanced optical and electrical properties have been produced. These p-TCOs are not stoichiometric and are doped with suitable counter-cations/anions. For p-TCOs, chromium …

Polymer Chemistry and Composite Materials in Advanced Dental Flask Design
Abstract: This paper explores the role of polymer chemistry and composite materials in the development of a novel dental flask, emphasizing the advantages of polymer-based materials in dental prosthetic processing. Traditional dental flasks, often made from metals such as brass or stainless steel, are prone to issues like corrosion, dimensional instability, and wear over time. By incorporating advanced polymer composites, including chromium-coated materials, the novel dental flask offers enhanced durability, improved …
