DFT Compatible Low Power EDAC Based on Clock Gating
Abstract: The in-situ EDAC architecture is normally hired in timing-error tolerant circuits in a try and decrease the conservative timing protect band due to procedure, voltage, and temperature (PVT) fluctuations. But with the addition of the latch-based totally data channel, extra detection, and propagation common sense, it makes the implementation of the layout for- testability (DFT) tough. We present a new low area test overhead DFT EDAC architecture with extreme reduction …

Time and Frequency Response of Non-uniform Overhead Lines Under Corona
Abstract: This study presents an efficient and direct technique for determining both the time and frequency responses of non-uniform overhead power transmission lines operating under corona conditions. The assumed-line's non-uniformity is due to the conductors’ sag. Expressions will be presented for the location-dependent line surge impedance and the unevenly distributed lines’ electrical parameters. The analysis starts with solving the relevant system of differential and algebraic equations, subject to the boundary conditions. …

A Review on Energy Storage System Enhancing the Stability of Micro grids
Abstract: Microgrids constitute decentralized energy systems that rely on various distributed renewable energy sources (DERs), such as solar panels, wind turbines, and power and heat production plants. Energy Storage Systems (ESS) help improve the stability and reliability of microgrids by decreasing the intermittent nature of renewable energy sources. This analysis examines how microgrids are classified and how ESS might help improve power quality and system dependability. It explores the many stability …

A High Frequency and Power Efficient Memristor Emulator and Its Application
Abstract: This study presents a small, energy-efficient memristor emulator made for use at high frequencies. The proposed circuit has a simple design that only includes three n-type MOSFETs and a grounded capacitor. This means that there is no need for active components or DC biasing. This streamlined architecture not only makes things easier, but it also uses very little power, with dynamic and static power measured at 15.82 μW and 65.6 …

A Comprehensive Review of CMOS Analog Circuit Design Techniques for Low-Power VLSI Systems
Abstract: CMOS analog circuit design plays a significant role in the development of modern low-power Very Large-Scale Integration (VLSI) systems used in wireless communication, biomedical devices, portable electronics, embedded systems, and Internet of Things (IoT) applications. Research on low-power CMOS analogue design methodologies has intensified because to the growing need for high-performance, small, and energy-efficient electronic products. However, reducing power consumption while maintaining signal accuracy, noise performance, stability, bandwidth, and overall …

Design and Implementation of Low Power and Area Efficient Sub Threshold Level Shifter Using 16 nm CMOS Technology
Abstract: An efficient method of modifying subthreshold voltages is proposed here. As an alternative to static power dissipation, the suggested design allows for charging of internal nodes through VDDH. The force of the pull-down mechanism may be increased by connecting a second auxiliary circuit. The transition energy for input frequencies between 1 and 5 MHz is 84 fJ, the propagation delay is 46 ns, the dynamic power dissipation is 0.3 mW, …

Evidence for Forward Spin and Reverse Spin Radio Photons
Abstract: We generated alternate spin radio frequency photons by accelerating metallic valence electrons in a wire with half portions of a sine wave. To avoid standing waves from sinusoidal movement, a non-resonating transmitter was built with a non-resonating antenna. An oscilloscope at a second non-resonant receiving antenna 3 wavelengths away from the transmitter detected positive going 180-degree voltage pulses. Reversing the direction of electron excitation in the transmitter antenna caused negative …

Modelling Electronic Diode Networks with PSPICE Simulation
Abstract: The dual of Thevenin, Norton equivalent circuit is used in place of any circuit/network of linear sources and immittances at at a given frequency. Both Thevenin with Norton theorem is useful for analyses and modification of circuits, to study /obtain network’s steady state response and initial condition. Methods to represent different circuits with Thevenin/Norton impedances connected at desired nodes are given using Spice/Pspice. The Thevenin/Norton impedances connected are of other …
