The Impact of AI-Driven Real-Time Feedback Systems on Students’ Self-Regulated Learning and Academic Persistence in Secondary Schools, Nigeria
Abstract: Self-regulated learning (SRL) is essential for secondary school students to achieve academic success and lifelong learning competencies, particularly in contexts requiring greater learner autonomy. This expository article examines the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven real-time feedback systems to support SRL processes—planning (forethought), monitoring (performance/control), and reflection—within Nigerian secondary education. Grounded in Zimmerman’s cyclical SRL model and Bandura’s Social Cognitive Theory, the paper conceptualises AI tools (e.g., intelligent tutoring systems, learning …

Modern Biomaterials: Biologically Sensitive Hydrogel Materials
Abstract: Modern biomaterials and biological products are interacting at a more clearly defined interface. Hydrogels, a category of highly hydrated biomaterials, are significant. With interstitial voids that are up to 90% water by weight, hydrogels are made of elastic networks. They are created either physically or chemically by self-assembling building blocks that areeither created artificially or organically. Macromolecules in a range of structures, such as cross-linked polymers, entangled fibrillar networks, or …

Bird-Tree Associations and Co-occurrence Patterns in Delhi: Implications for Urban Ecological Restoration and Invasive Species Management
Abstract: Urban trees and birds are intertwined indicators of ecological resilience in cities. This study maps citywide bird-tree interactions in Delhi, India, hosting more than 300 avian species. The city was divided into hexagonal grids, and bird-tree data (506 interactions) were collected through field surveys across 131 sites using standardised 1-kilometre transects. Native keystone species like ficus supported the greatest bird diversity, while invasive Prosopis juliflora was widely used for perching …

Design and Implementation of BLDC Motor Driven Electric Vehicle Using MPPT Controller
Abstract: Minimal and medium power applications benefit greatly from BLDC motor efficiency, high torque-to-inertia ratio, large energy volume, low maintenance requirements and wide speed control range. Resistance found that by deleting phase current sensors and regulating the basic frequency switching of the voltage source inverter (VSI), the proposed control algorithm lowers power losses caused by high frequency switching. With Modern days fuel prices soaring so high for common people, electrical engineers …

Behavioural Study on Synthetic Fibre Reinforced Soil Cement Stabilized Blocks
Abstract: It has been shown that the most prevalent material is soil. It is essential to the manufacture of bricks. It is well known that burned bricks function well for masonry projects, providing durability and structural integrity that are vital for construction applications. Furthermore, a significant amount of heat energy is utilized during the heating process that creates them, thus emphasizing the energy-intensive nature of brick production. In addition, children are …
