Abstract: Polarization-graded AlGaN back-barrier nano-layer is introduced in high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) structure to have an improved drain current characteristics and better radio-frequency performance, using two-dimensional drift-diffusion simulation by SILVACO-ATLAS physical simulator. Abstract: AbstractThis paper presents a rectenna that is designed and simulated to power the wireless sensor systems at 3.12 GHz. The antenna substrate is designed with glass epoxy. The rectenna circuit has been simulated on the glass epoxy and RF-to-DC conversation is investigated for power level –5 dBm. A New Dual Side Cut Corner Circularly Polarized Rectenna 2.45 GHz with DGS
Abstract: This paper introduces a new dual side cut corner circular polarized (CP) high efficiency rectifying antenna (Rectenna) array. The Rectenna consists of a truncated square patch antenna and a rectifying circuit. The Rectenna use a micro-strip patch antenna as a frequency 2.45 GHz and gain of 31.29 dB. The Rectenna circuit has a low pass filter (LPF) the maximum RF to DC conversion efficiency of the Rectenna is 68%.
