Abstract

This advanced system can be used by disabled and blind people to move around conveniently. Our system can be used by patients having difficulty walking. Using this system can help them reach various places without falling down. This system can also help them avoid being injured. The majority of non-ambulatory visually impaired people are currently seated in a manual wheelchair and being pushed by someone else. Individuals with limited vision can operate an unmodified manual wheelchair, motorized wheelchair, or scooter depending on the Although the danger of an accident increases with increasing visual impairment, the level of their remaining usable eyesight. A GSM and GPS module integrated into a wheel chair, The wheelchair can be controlled by pressing commands such as forward/backward, left/right, stop/start, and desired movement. RF signals are used to communicate between the transmitter and receiver. There is also an emergency button, which, when pressed, sends a signal to the caretaker's mobile phone. After that, the patient is given a location using coordinates. The hardware design aims to allow a visually impaired person to perform daily routine tasks independently.
