Unilateral Ventriculomegaly or Congenital Unilateral Ventricular Dilatation
Abstract: The lateral ventricles may be larger than normal in one side or both sides. Usually it is 10 mm or less in normal foetus during routine antenatal ultrasonogram at the level of atrium. Atrium is the larger central area in lateral ventricle where the three horns anterior, posterior and inferior horns meet together. The present case is having unilateral dilated right ventricle in the mid trimester which is followed upto …

The nth Theory of Cosmic Oestrus
Abstract: Oestrus is instrumental in animal birth. Cosmic oestrus is instrumental in the birth of 1080 particles and the whole universe. The universe is nothing but space, just space. The egression of conserved energy or cosmic oestrus, which can neither be created nor destroyed, is space. Everything is the different mathematical powers of space. Space has three dimensions: 𝐿1, 𝐿2and 𝐿3. 𝐿1 makes time and inverted gravity, 𝐿2 makes mind/consciousness, and …

Vehicle Number Plate Detector
Abstract: In real word, traffic is so high unable to control and check all the vehicles passing by through highways and roads. Every country's traffic management and car owner identification has become a key issue. It might be tough to spot drivers who break traffic laws and drive too fast at times. As a result, it is impossible to apprehend and penalise such individuals because traffic officers may be unable to …

Influence of Supplementary Cementitious Materials on Chemical Shrinkage in Cement
Abstract: Chemical shrinkage is the volume reduction observed in cement during early hydration due to chemical reactions, which critically influences the internal stresses, cracking tendencies, and durability of cementitious system. Present study is focused on effect of supplementary cementitious material (SCM) on chemical shrinkage. Dilatometry method is used to assess the impacts of SCMs on chemical shrinkage, in this this study. The research incorporates experiments with laboratory-synthesized cement and three SCMs—fly …

The Transformative Journey of Pregnancy: Insights into Maternal Adaptations
Abstract: During pregnancy, a woman’s body changes in many ways because of hormones. These changes can sometimes be uncomfortable, but most of the time they are normal and enable her to nourish and protect the fetus, prepare her body for labor, and develop her breasts to produce milk. During pregnancy, changes in hormone levels drive a wide range of physical transformations in a woman’s body, all of which play an essential …

Amlodipine induced peripheral edema and gingivitis – A case report.
Abstract: Calcium channel a group of drugs used to treat heart disorders are called blockers. These drugs dilate blood vessels and improve blood flow to heart, these works by preventing calcium flow through ion -specific (L- type) calcium channels in the cell membrane. Amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker in the dihydropyridine class, can cause peripheral edema and drug-induced gingivitis in some patients. In this case, the patient experienced swelling in the …

Study on the Method of Calculation of the Additional Mass of Parachute
Abstract: As is well known, the air drag experienced by a parachute when it is open is one of the important parameters that must be taken into account in studying the parachute opening process. If this term is not calculated correctly, it can have a negative effect on the parachute canopy, and may lead to errors in the number of parachute strings, the nominal diameter of the parachute, and the material …
