Implementation of Wireless Biometric Attendance Management System Using Raspberry Pi
Abstract: The attendance is taken in every institute, school, college and library. Traditional approach for attendance is teacher calls student's name and records attendance. It takes time to record the attendance. For each lecture, this is wastage of time. To avoid these losses, we designed a system which is based on fingerprint. This system maintains the attendance records of students. So we designed an efficient module that comprises a fingerprint sensor …

Study of Effect of Supply Voltage and Temperature Variations on Leakage Current and Read Access Time of 6T SRAM Cell
Abstract: Leakage Current and access time play an important role in the performance metrics of SRAM Cell. As the technology node decreases, the sub-threshold leakage and access time (during read and write operation) increases in SRAM cell where increasing of sub-threshold leakage leads to a dramatic increase in static power consumption while increasing of access time leads to a slow speed of SRAM cell. What is interesting in this paper is …

A Chronological Review on Preclinical and Clinical Evaluation of Antimicrobial Sutures
Abstract: Incidence of various infections is increasing with increased number of surgeries. Widespread common surgery procedures are associated with a 1–11% risk of surgical site infections (SSIs) which occur when pathogenic organisms proliferate in surgical wounds, result in impede wound healing, cause separation of the wound edges (dehiscence), and increase the risk of abscess in deeper wound tissues. Surgical site infection increases morbidity and mortality of postoperative patients and require prolonged …
