An Overview on Resistant Hypertension: Pathophysiology, Diagnosis, and Management
Abstract: Hypertension is a universal health issue, which is an utmost attributor for the weight of cardiovascular diseases when BP leftovers resistant or stubborn to therapeutic events. Notwithstanding the progressive growth in the antihypertensive therapy, the incidence of resistant hypertension is assessed to be less than 5% of the hypertensive inhabitants. Resistant hypertension is well-defined as blood pressure that leftovers over head the goal line in meanness of the simultaneous usage …

Study of Nickel Toxicity and Recovery in Freshwater Major Carp Catla catla
Abstract: The present work was carried out to examine the hazardous effects of chronic intoxication of nickel ions in Catla catla, a fresh water major carp. Fingerlings were exposed to sublethal concentrations of nickel sulphate solution (5 ppm and 10 ppm) for 21 days and histotoxicity in liver, brain and intestine was studied periodically. Normal architecture of hepatocytes was disrupted. The histopathological manifestations observed in the liver were congestion of hepatocytes, …

Role of Hijama (Cupping) in the Management of Various Diseases and Probable Mechanism of Action
Abstract: Hijama is derived from Arabic word ‘Hajm’ which literally means to suck. It involves the use of cup like vessels placed on the body surface by creating a vacuum to either let out blood from below the skin surface or just plain suction without bloodletting. Hijama evacuates blood from small vessels spread over the skin and muscles and relieves congestion from the body. It is a therapy with low cost …

Potential Role of Unani Herbs in Management of Hypertensive Cardiomyopathy: A Review
Abstract: AbstractHypertensive cardiomyopathy (HTN-CM) is a structural heart disease associated with concentric left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) along with systolic or diastolic dysfunction in primary hypertensive patients in the absence of other cardiac diseases causing myocardial hypertrophy or cardiac dysfunction. The structural and functional myocardial abnormalities due to persistent hypertension result in myocardial ischemia, fibrosis, and hypertrophy. HTN-CM is primarily a disease of impaired ventricular relaxation rather than impaired contractility; thus patients …

UNANI FEATURES OF MIGRAINE (SHAQIQA): AN ASSESSMENT
Abstract: Episodic throbbing or rhythmic pain, sometimes on one side of the head is a type of a Migraine. As per the widespread report, Migraine is the third most prevalent disorder in the world. In Greek medicine, Migraine is referred to as shaqiqa received from an Arabic word ‘shaq’ means ‘half part’.According to Greek classical literature, migraine could be a disease caused either by Imtela (congestion) or akhlat (humor) or by vapors …

Prevalence of Dysmenorrhea in Different Age Groups
Abstract: Dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation) is one of the major gynecological problems, encountered in women of reproductive age. It accounts for more than 1/4th gynaec patients’ visits to the gynecologist. The pain may be spasmodic or congestive type and occurs in lower abdomen, low back or in the thighs. It starts one or two days before onset of menstruation and continues for two days with same intensity or sometimes the pain decreases …

Implementation of a 4-Bit Synchronous Counter in SkyWater 130 nm CMOS Technology Using Open-Source EDA Tools
Abstract: As semiconductor technology continues to scale down, the physical layout of integrated circuits has become increasingly critical in determining performance, power consumption, and area efficiency. This paper presents the complete physical design implementation of a 4-bit counter, from Register Transfer Level (RTL) to GDSII, using the SkyWater 130 nm open-source Process Design Kit (PDK) and the OpenLane automated physical design flow. Functional verification of the RTL design was initially performed …

A Review on Smart Parking System
Abstract: The Smart Parking System is an intelligent solution designed to reduce traffic congestion and save time by efficiently managing parking spaces using modern technology. To determine if a car is there or not, sensors are placed in each parking space in this system. The collected sensor data is processed by a microcontroller and transmitted to a display unit or mobile application, enabling users to access real-time information about parking availability. …

An Experimental Analysis on Enhancement of Electric Vehicle Safety using ADAS Technology and Forward Collision Avoidance with an Automatic Braking System
Abstract: The rapid expansion of the automobile sector in developing nations has intensified road safety concerns, particularly in congested urban environments where human error accounts for approximately 90% of all accidents. This paper presents and experimentally validates an integrated Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) for electric vehicles comprising three complementary safety modules: a Forward Collision Avoidance System (FCAS) employing an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor interfaced with an Arduino Uno R3 to detect …

Optimizing Tourist Mobility with Dijkstra’s Algorithm: A Review on Pollution Reduction through Smart Path Planning
Abstract: Although Tourism helps the economy, but it can also harm the environment, especially in popular tourist destinations. Optimizing routing is one way to reduce these environmental effects. This review paper examines how the well-known and traditional Dijkstra's method for shortest path computation is used to pollution management and support sustainable tourism. The study explores how intelligent traffic routing can minimize traffic congestion in environmentally sensitive areas and lower fuel consumption …
