An Efficient Synthesis of Some Novel Benzo Coumarin Derivatives Under Solvent Conditions from 2-acetyl-benzo[f]chromen-3-one
Abstract: The synthesis of the target compounds began with the preparation of 2-[3-dimethylamino[acryloyl-3H-benzo[f]chromen-3-one. This intermediate was obtained through the reaction of 2-acetylbenzo[f]coumarin-3-one with N,N-dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal [DMFDMA[ under reflux conditions in xylene. The enaminone thus formed was subsequently reacted with 6-aminothiouracil in acetic acid, leading to the formation of 2-thioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-one. This compound served as a pivotal intermediate for the synthesis of a series of pyridotriazolopyrimidinones. These derivatives were synthesized by reacting …

**Innovation and Quality Assurance in School Management: A Research Study on Indian Schools in the Context of NEP 2020**
Abstract: The quality of school education is strongly influenced by the efficiency and vision of school management practices. In today’s rapidly changing educational landscape, schools are expected to perform responsibilities that extend beyond routine administration. They must ensure academic excellence, learner well-being, value- based education, inclusion, transparency, and accountability to parents and society. However, many schools still function through traditional management patterns that focus mainly on record-keeping, examination routines, and compliance …

India’s Traditional Medicine Trade (2015–2024): Trends, Regulatory Landscape, and Policy Directions for Sustainable Growth
Abstract: India is a major global supplier of traditional medicine products – including Ayurvedic, Unani, Siddha, homeopathic, and other herbal and plant-based formulations – yet exports continue to face challenges arising from regulatory divergence, heterogeneous quality-control requirements across markets, and raw-material supply constraints linked to biodiversity pressure and fragmented value chains. This paper systematically analyzes India’s import-export patterns for traditional medicine between 2015 and 2024, maps the regulatory landscape (DGFT, Drugs, …

Toxicological Profiling and Safety Assessment of NASAT 2.0: A Conceptual Framework for Adaptive Nanoparticle Therapy in Rabies
Abstract: Rabies, caused by the highly neurotropic Rabies lyssavirus, remains one of the most enigmatic and universally lethal infectious diseases known to modern medicine. Once clinical symptoms manifest following successful neuroinvasion, the fatality rate approaches absolute certainty (approximately 99.9%), a staggering statistic that has remained largely unchallenged despite massive, concurrent advances in modern virology, critical care medicine, and cellular immunology. Current late-stage therapeutic protocols, most notably the widely debated Milwaukee Protocol, …

High Gain Antenna Array (2x1 and 4x1) Design for WLAN Application
Abstract: Micro-strip antennas became very popular in 1970s primarily for space borne applications. Today they are used for government and commercial applications. These antennas consist of a metallic patch on a grounded substrate. The metallic patch can take many different configurations. However, the rectangular and circular patches are most popular because of ease of analysis and fabrication, and their attractive radiation characteristics, especially low cross-polarization radiation. In high performance aircraft, spacecraft, …
