Abstract: ABSTRACT : ILO based MOTFT is fabricated with PBZ gate dielectric. PBZ is formed over doped Si substrate by cheap sol-gel process. Thin film PBZ is analysed with XRD, UV-Vis and AFM. IZO is used as bottom gate to contact TFT. This device needs only 5V as operating voltage, and so is good for lower electronics <40V. It shows excellent e-mobility 4.5cm2/V/s, with on/off ratio 5x105 and sub-threshold swing 0.35V/decade.

Some Studies on Content of Ultraviolet Rays in Conventional Light Sources vs LED
Abstract: The abstract Light is a type of electromagnetic radiation that primarily emits visible, ultraviolet (UV), and infrared (IR) waves. Which is known as optical radiations. The Ultra Violet radiations in this spectrum, which are generically classed as UV-A, UV-B, and UV-C. It's true that UV[1]-shorter C's wavelength has more harmful effects than UV-A while UV-impact B's is more moderate. Whether artificial or natural, light is used to create visual perception. …

Emerging Trends in Photobiology: Exploring the Photophysics and Photobiology of the Eye
Abstract: The eye consists of three main segments: the cornea, lens, and retina. The primary function of the anterior ocular tissue, the cornea and lens, is to transmit and focus light onto the retina without distortion. They also filter UV light (under 400 nm), preventing it from reaching the retina. While light reaching the retina is mostly used for vision, it can also have various effects on the eye's constituents, both …

Preparation of Phase – Pure Nanocrystalline Anatase and Rutile TiO2 using Hydrolysis of TiCl4 in presence of surfactants
Abstract: Hydrolysis of TiCl4 was carried out in two different ways to prepare nano crystalline TiO2. In the first method the hydrolysis of TiCl4 was carried under high acidic conditions at low temperature. In the second method hydrolysis was carried out using (NH4)2SO4 as an additive. It can be seen that the hydrolysis of TiCl4 under high acidic conditions promotes the growth of rutile phase of TiO2, where as hydrolysis in …
