Abstract: This study examines the mechanical and viscoelastic properties of polymer composites reinforced with ceramic nanoparticles, specifically focusing on enhancing the performance of the material through the incorporation of alumina nanoparticles. The composites were produced by embedding alumina nanoparticles into an epoxy matrix, and their properties were assessed using tensile, flexural, and dynamic mechanical analyses (DMA). Thermally Stimulated Luminescence and Electron Spin Resonance Study of Gamma Irradiated Poly Carbonate
Abstract: Polycarbonate (PC) is an industrially important polymer. Gamma irradiation effects of PC are investigated by thermally stimulated luminescence (TSL) and electron spin resonance (ESR) techniques. The TSL spectra of irradiated PC have shown two glow peaks, around 149oC (422 K) and 165oC (438 K). Abstract: This study presents the advancement and behaviour analysis of sustainable nanocomposites reinforced with cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs), a biodegradable and high-aspect-ratio nanofiller derived from microcrystalline cellulose.
