Review Paper on Issues of AODV and Study of Cross Layer Design in MANET
Abstract: Routing in mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is challenging due to its mobility feature. The main reasons of link failures are mobility, interference and congestion. Mobility means, each node is free to move within its transmission range. Interference occurs due to collision and hidden nodes. Signal strength is considered as cross layer interaction parameter for implementing cross layer design (CLD). Received signal strength is taken from physical layer and is …

Generation of Patterns of E-Plane Horn Antenna Using Tapered Amplitude Distribution
Abstract: In this paper, analysis is made to generating directional patterns on E-plane sectoral horn antenna for radar applications. In literature survey, the work on E-plane sectoral horn antenna is inadequate. For radar applications need low EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) to enhance this we attempted work on horn antennas and achieved low interference. To the implementation of horn antenna we used tapered amplitude distribution method to reduce the EMI.

Direction of Arrival Estimation in Mobile Communication Systems using MUSIC Algorithm
Abstract: AbstractAdaptive antenna arrays use multiple antenna elements to form directional patterns in order to improve the performance of wireless communication systems. The antenna arrays also have the ability to estimate the Direction-of-Arrival (DoA) of the signals received from the desired transmitters as well as the directions of interference signals.
