Lipid Peroxidation in Postoperative Cases of Breast Carcinoma (Grade III)
Abstract: Breast cancer represents significant problem in the world. Oxidative modification of lipids is catalyzed by reactive oxygen species (ROS) which is known as lipid peroxidation (LPO); this changes the fluidity, permeability of membrane, cellular metabolic functions and causes derangement. Malondialdehyde (MDA) is a major end product and an index of LPO which crosslinks DNA, protein and nucleotides on the same and opposite strands. There are reports that LPO increased in …

Physiological and Psychological Changes in Aging
Abstract: Aging is a normal process accompanied by a progressive alteration of the body’s homeostatic adaptive responses. It produces observable changes in structure and function and increases vulnerability to environmental stress and disease. Among the elderly population the dependency due to physical and mental disabilities is the major factors responsible for adverse quality of life and health care. Dementia, delirium, anxiety, depression including various cardiovascular functions rapidly deteriorates due to ageing …

Analysis of the Current Chopping and Breaker Stresses in Electric Power Networks
Abstract: This paper addresses the phenomenon of current chopping in electric power networks and the resulting circuit breaker transient recovery voltage. Its dependence on the pre-interruption loading conditions and the data of the power network is demonstrated. A Laplace-domain model with normalized network circuit parameters is adopted and a closed-form expression for the recovery voltage is derived. A numerical Laplace inversion technique using Mathematica is implemented in order to get its …

Artificial Intelligence and Constitutive Modeling Equations for Predictive Design of High-Performance Polymer Composites
Abstract: Growing polymer composite applications demand accurate mechanical prediction, yet complex interactions and conventional constitutive models limit predictive capability and require extensive calibration. To report these challenges, this research recommends a combined Artificial Intelligence (AI) and constitutive modeling approach based on an Enhanced Tasmanian Devil Optimizer-tuned Residual Neural Network with Multilayer Perceptron (ETDO-ResNet-MLP) for the predictive design of high-performance polymer composites. The study uses a publicly available Polymer Composite Property Dataset …

Dimensions of Geriatric Care in Unani Medicine: A Review
Abstract: Normal ageing is a biological process defined as those time dependent, irreversible changes that lead to progressive and generalized impairment of functions resulting in the loss of adaptive response to stress and in increasing the risk of age-related diseases. With the continuing growth of elderly populations in modern societies, it has become a matter of increasing urgency to look for ways to maintain and improve the functional abilities of ageing …

Molecular Docking Studies of Wildtype P53 with Damnacanthal and Scopoletin- Phytochemicals Derived from Morinda Citrifolia
Abstract: Cancer is a prominent cause of mortality globally, and it has the potential to impact any region of the body. The tumor suppressor protein P53 plays a significant role in inhibiting tumor growth by regulating DNA repair, inducing cell cycle arrest, promoting senescence, and triggering apoptosis when confronted with genotoxic stress. P53 is found mutated in 50% of cancers where it loses its tumor suppressive properties and gains oncogenic properties …

A Comprehensive Review on Premature Hair Graying: Factor Contributing, Pathogenesis, Prevention Strategies, and Natural Therapeutic
Abstract: Premature graying of hair (PGH), also known as early canities, is an increasingly common dermatological concern characterized by the loss of natural hair pigmentation before the expected age. Hair color is primarily determined by the quantity and type of melanin synthesized by melanocytes within the hair follicle. Disruption in melanocyte function, survival, or melanin synthesis leads to hair graying. Multiple intrinsic and extrinsic factors contribute to PGH, including genetic predisposition, …
