A Thorough Analysis of Herbal and Synthetic Methods for Treating Peptic Ulcers
Abstract: Many people are afflicted with ulcers, a common gastrointestinal disorder. In essence, they are inflammatory lesions that form in the digestive tract's skin or mucous membrane lining. An imbalance between preventive and damaging factors—either from reduced mucosal defences or from increased aggressive elements—leads to ulcer development. Their development is influenced by a number of variables, including as stress, poor eating habits, and long-term pharmaceutical use. The word "peptic ulcers" refers …

Thermal Interaction Analysis Between Flexible Magnetic Abrasive Brush and Aluminium Alloy During Single-Pole MAF
Abstract: Magnetic Abrasive Finishing (MAF) is a precision surface‐finishing approach that employs magnetic abrasive particles (MAPs) within a managed magnetic field to eliminate micro-level material and enhance surface condition. In the finishing process, the friction created between the workpiece and the flexible magnetic abrasive brush (FMAB) leads to heat accumulation, which may badly affect the surface integrity. This study focuses on investigating the temperature distribution at the FMAB–workpiece interface to decrease …

Climate Change and Urban Heat Islands in India: A Review Across Nine Urban Agglomerations
Abstract: Since 1901, anthropogenic climate change has raised India's mean surface temperatures by about 0.9°C, compounding warming. Rapid urbanization creates persistent Urban Heat Islands (UHIs), making cities dangerously hotter than rural areas. A combination of these forces presents acute thermal hazards to hundreds of millions of urban dwellers. The paper discusses the emergence and intensification of UHI in nine large Indian cities (Delhi-NCR, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and …

Clinical Outcomes of Diode Laser Hemorrhoidoplasty and Excisional Hemorrhoidoplasty in Grade II–III Internal Hemorrhoids: A Randomized Clinical Study
Abstract: Hemorrhoidal disease is a common condition that affects the area around the anus and is found in many adults. Surgery is needed when there is repeated bleeding, when the hemorrhoids slip out of place, or when a blood clot forms. Although traditional surgery for hemorrhoids works, it often causes a lot of pain after the operation and takes longer to recover from. Laser hemorrhoidoplasty (LHP) is a newer, less invasive …
