Abstract: This study examines digital detox—the deliberate limitation of screen exposure—and its influence on mental health. A survey of 30 participants indicated that reducing screen time by at least two hours daily resulted in a 30% improvement in sleep quality, a 25% decrease in stress levels, and a 20% enhancement in overall mood stability.
