Activity Quantification of Lu-177 SPECT/CT Imaging for Calibration Factor Analysis in Clinical Radionuclide Dosimetry
Abstract: Purpose: To evaluate the calibration factor (CF) at three-time points with the same protocol & acquisition parameters for the images of Lu-177 activity, scanned by two different SPECT/CTs (GE & MEDISO) using a cylindrical Jaszczak phantom with cold inserts, filled with uniform activity in water and to analyze the changes in the calibration factor data with time. The purpose of the study is to quantitatively analyze the first step (calibration …

Kaniadakis Holographic Dark Energy by Using Hybrid Scale Factor
Abstract: We carry out the work on Kaniadakis holographic dark energy KHDE with hybrid expansion law by taking the scale factor containing both exponent and exponential form. Therby revealing the present state of accelerating and expanding universe in the flat Friedmann-Robertson-Walber universe. The deceleration parameter q portrays whether he universe is decelerating or accererating. q greater than zero suggests the universe is slowing down or getting decelerated and q less than …

Utilizing Drones for Tracking Wild Life Conservation: Tracking Census and its Anti Poaching Efforts
Abstract: Remote-controlled conservation drones can gather data from hard-to-reach locations with the least amount of disruption. Drones are being employed more and more in various research fields, but there is still much to learn about how they might be applied to wildlife study. MIRDcalc & OLINDA/EXM Dosimetry Software Analysis by SPECT/CT Scan Data of Lu-177 DOTATATE Radionuclide Therapy of NET Patients
Abstract: Accurate dosimetry is essential in nuclear medicine for optimizing radionuclide therapies and ensuring patient safety. In Radiopharmaceutical dosimetry the Medical Internal Radiation Dosimetry (MIRD)Society is the pioneer in organ-level dosimetry providing the fundamental basis for commonly used clinical and research dosimetry software like MIRDOSE and OLINDA/EXM. Recently, in MIRD Pamphlet No. 28, Part 1, the MIRD committee of the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Medical Imaging presented a new Software …

Develop a System to Control a Prosthetic Hand by Using EMG
Abstract: An EMG-controlled prosthetic hand is a type of artificial hand that users can control through muscle signals. When a person with a missing hand tries to move their "phantom" hand, the muscles in the remaining part of the arm still produce electrical signals. Small sensors placed on the skin detect these signals, which are then translated into movements of the prosthetic hand, like opening, closing, or gripping objects. This technology …

Gold Nanoparticle Size, Biodistribution, and Toxicity: Insights from DualEnergy CT
Abstract: Dual-energy and spectral computed tomography (CT) have emerged as powerful platforms for noninvasive, quantitative mapping of nanoparticle biodistribution in vivo. By exploiting the energy-dependent attenuation profiles of high-atomic-number (high-Z) materials, these systems enable material decomposition and element-specific imaging, thereby distinguishing nanoparticle signals from those of soft tissues and conventional iodinated contrast agents. Photon-counting spectral CT further enhances this capability by binning individual photons into multiple energy channels, improving spatial resolution, …
