Chromatic Curling Number of Certain Derived Graphs
Abstract: The curling number of a graph G is dened as the number of times an element in the degree sequence of G appears the maximum number of times. Graph colouring is an assignment of colours, labels or weights to the vertices or edges of a graph. A colouring C of colours c1, c2,..., cl is said to be a minimum parameter colouring if C consists of minimum number of colours …

Some Algebraic Properties of me-homomorphism of Semi graphs
Abstract: The theory of Semi graph was introduced by E. Sampat Kumar [6] which is analogous with theory of Hyper graph. Study of Homomorphism[4] is useful to prove numerous application of Graph theory, which is adjacency preserving mapping. In this Paper we have introduced me-homomorphism of Semi graphs and derived some of its algebraic properties [5]. We have also investigated nature of some parameters and its bounds under this mapping.Cite this …

Edge Domination Number on Cartesian product of Simple Fuzzy Graphs
Abstract: AbstractIn this paper, we define the concept of edge domination number on Cartesian product of simple fuzzy graphs (G&H). Some results and bounds on edge domination number are derived in fuzzy graph (G×H). We prove some theorems that relate the parameters g(G×H), gcd(G×H) and g¢(G×H). Finally, the relationship between the fuzzy dominator chromatic number and edge domination number on Cartesian product of simple fuzzy graphs are discussed. Keywords: Dominating set, edge …

STRUCTURAL–EPIGENOMIC ATLAS: CNV/SV- DRIVEN PROGNOSTIC REFINEMENT ACROSS CANCERS
Abstract: Structural genomic alterations, including copy number variations (CNVs) and structural variants (SVs), play a central role in cancer initiation and progression. These alterations extend beyond gene dosage effects and interact dynamically with epigenomic mechanisms such as DNA methylation, histone modifications, and three-dimensional chromatin organization. Recent pan-cancer studies have demonstrated that CNV burden and SV signatures reflect key oncogenic processes including chromothripsis, homologous recombination deficiency, enhancer hijacking, and extrachromosomal DNA (ecDNA) …

Optimizing Chromatographic Techniques for Comprehensive Paraben Analysis to Enhance Safety in Consumer Products
Abstract: Parabens (PBs), such as methylparaben (MePB), ethylparaben (EtPB), propylparaben (PrPB), and butylparaben (BuPB), are widely used as preservatives in pharmaceuticals, food, and personal care products due to their antibacterial properties. However, there are growing worries about their potential to disrupt hormonal functions, which has led to stricter regulations. This study focuses on creating a robust high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for quickly measuring all four parabens in consumer goods. We …

Interaction of Cardiotoxin with Calmodulin and its EF Hand Peptides
Abstract: Calmodulin is a ubiquitous protein having EF hand peptide(helix-loop-helix sstructural domain), which is found in all the eukaryotic cells. Calmodulin functions as a multipurpose intracellular receptor, mediating much calcium regulated processes and undergoes conformational change upon binding to calcium. These activated calmodul in then bind to a number of different target proteins, including a family of calcium/calmodul in-dependent protein kinases which then phosphorylatedserine’s or threnodies on other proteins. Cardiotoxin, snake …
