Improvements in Analog Performance of Dual Metal Gate based Silicon-on-Insulator Junctionless Transistor with Pocket Doped Window
Abstract: This paper elucidates the impact of the pocket doped window on the analog performance of dual metal gate based silicon-on-insulator junctionless transistor (DMG SOIJLT). The analog parameters of the proposed SOIJLT are compared with DMG based conventional SOIJLT. The findings of analog performance comparison reveal that transconductance (gm), transconductance generation factor (TGF), output conductance (gd), output resistance (r0), intrinsic gain (AV), and cut-off frequency (fT) have improved for DMG PD-SOIJLT …

Self-Healing Polymer Nanocomposites: A Comprehensive Review of Design Strategies, Mechanisms, and Emerging Applications
Abstract: Self-healing polymer nanocomposites (SHPNs) are a new class of materials that can autonomously repair themselves to prolong their lifetime and improve their application performance. Herein, we provide a comprehensive overview of the design strategies, healing mechanisms, and emerging applications of SHPNs. Incorporating nanofillers (nanoparticles, nanofibers, and/or nanotubes) into polymer matrices leads to requisite functionalization that significantly enhances mechanical properties and is essential in self-healable products including improved cross-linking, high dispersion, …

Ferroelectric Materials for Next-Generation Non-Volatile Memory Applications
Abstract: The continuous scaling of conventional memory technologies is increasingly constrained by limitations in power consumption, speed, endurance, and integration density. As data-intensive applications such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and edge computing demand fast and energy-efficient memory solutions, alternative non-volatile memory technologies have gained significant attention. Ferroelectric materials, characterized by their reversible spontaneous polarization, offer a promising pathway toward next-generation non-volatile memory due to their intrinsic non-volatility, low operating …

Quality Control and Assurance Practices in Modern Pharmaceutical Industry
Abstract: This brief overview outlines the global techniques for figuring out the prevalence of geotaxis impurities (residual solvents and various inorganic and organic impurities) in medications. It is now necessary to reveal a pharmaceutical product's purity and impurity profiles due to both national and international regulations. These elements are discussed, together with the kinds of impurities, their origins, their control, and regulatory issues, as well as the significance of pharmaceutical quality, …

Topology and Geometry in Data Science: Persistent Homology and Beyond
Abstract: In recent years, the interplay between topology, geometry, and data science has gained substantial momentum, offering powerful frameworks to analyze and interpret complex datasets. Traditional statistical and machine learning methods often rely on linear or metric- based assumptions, which may fail to capture the intrinsic structure of high-dimensional or nonlinear data. In contrast, topological and geometric methods provide shape-oriented, scale- invariant tools that focus on the continuity, connectivity, and global …

Advancing Conductive Ink Formulations for DIW with Graphene and Hybrid Nanostructures
Abstract: The development of solvent-based conductive inks for direct ink writing (DIW) has gained significant attention as a pathway toward flexible, wearable, and scalable electronic devices. This review critically examines conductive fillers, binders, solvent systems, and hybrid ink strategies reported in recent literature. Graphene and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) remain the most studied fillers due to their high intrinsic conductivity and unique dimensionality, but challenges such as restacking, bundling, and high viscosity …

Review And Analysis of Application of Conductive Polymer Composites in Power-Efficient RF Circuits For 5G PAPR Reduction
Abstract: The need for low power RF circuits has gained more importance in the background of fifth-generation (5G) wireless communication systems, since the inherent PAPR characteristic of 5G signals—especially when using orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) based techniques—becomes high. This high PAPR limits the efficiency of RF power amplifiers, increases power consumption, and induces thermal management challenges. In this context, conductive polymer composites (CPCs), based on advanced polymer matrices integrated with …

Proof-of-Minimum Privacy Leak Consensus Strategy in Blockchain
Abstract: In this study, we propose a novel consensus algorithm to preserve the security and privacy of a transaction. We propose a Proof-of-Minimum Privacy Leak consensus strategy. This means that the competing nodes which participate in the competition to mine the next block should give a proof of minimum privacy leak during its transaction. Only this proof will give highest votes to that node, and it will be elected as the …
