Abstract: Ovarian surface epithelial cancers have high mortality due to late presentation. The ovarian surface epithelial tumours originate from fallopian tubal epithelium. Hence, ovarian surface epithelial tumours have good correlation with respect to genetic and immunohistological changes of fallopian tubes, especially fimbrial end epithelium.
