Abstract: Mycelia biomass of three edible mushrooms namely, Morchella conica, Pleurotus florida and Hericium erinaceus were grown as submerged culture in potato dextrose broth supplemented with yeast extract, potassium dihydrogen orthophosphate and magnesium sulphate.
