Beyond Chemotherapy: The Promise of Immunotherapy in Cancer Care and Advancements in Cancer Therapy
Abstract: Recent advances in cancer immunotherapy harness the immune system to precisely target cancer. These include the use of immunosuppressive agents, NK cell recovery, changes in tumor microenvironment metabolic, and aging to achieve a positive tumor response The article explores how the body development of the immune system in the late 19th century, highlighting milestones such as the discovery and FDA approval of IL2. Different categories of immunology are explored, from …

Immune Dysregulation and Cytokine Circuitry in Genital Endometriosis: Mechanistic Insights and Next-Generation Immunotherapeutic Strategies
Abstract: Genital endometriosis is increasingly recognized as an immune-mediated inflammatory disorder driven by complex interactions between dysregulated immune cells, cytokine hubs, and microbiome-derived modulators. This review introduces a novel “immune–cytokine circuitry” framework that unifies innate and adaptive immune abnormalities with key cytokine loops sustaining chronic inflammation, angiogenesis, neuroinflammation, and immune tolerance. Within this circuitry, macrophage polarization, dendritic cell immaturity, NK-cell anergy, Treg expansion, Th17 amplification, and B-cell–mediated autoimmunity converge to establish …

Rheumatoid Arthritis and Stem Cell Therapies Perspectives for It
Abstract: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disorder characterized by systemic inflammation, primarily affecting synovial joints, leading to joint destruction and systemic complications. The pathogenesis involves immune system dysregulation, autoantibody production, and enzymatic imbalances. Enzymes, including matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), serine proteases, and kinases, play crucial roles in these processes. Their dysregulation contributes significantly to disease progression through the imbalance of pro-inflammatory cytokines, oxidative stress, and extracellular matrix (ECM) degradation. MMPs, …

DRUG INDUCED IMMUNE MEDIATED NEPHRITIS: MOLECULAR MECHANISM , PATHWAYS AND CLINICAL IMPLICATIONS
Abstract: Drug-induced immune-mediated nephritis (DI-IMN) has become a more widely known cause of acute kidney injury (AKI), with the potential for development to chronic kidney disease if not detected and treated promptly. T-cell hypersensitivity to pharmaceuticals, such as antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and immunological drugs, are the major causes for it. Beyond clinical burden, DI-IMN reflectsintricate molecular interactions that sustain interstitial inflammation and tubular injury. These interactions include …

An Overview on the Management cum Treatment of Nephropathy in Type-1 Diabetes Mellitus
Abstract: The motive of this review is to keep updated with the medical nonfictions, the projected early natural arrangement of diabetic nephropathy, the theories behind the root of its pathogenesis pathophysiology, diagnosis and its supervision. Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease characterized by advanced destruction of pancreatic beta cells by genetic and environmental factors which primes to an absolute necessity of insulin for survival and conservation of health; while Diabetic …

Molecular Dynamics and Therapeutic Architectures of Cannabinoid Receptors: A Comprehensive Review
Abstract: Expanding on these foundations, recent structural biology studies using cryo-electron microscopy have provided high-resolution insights into the conformational dynamics of CB₁ and CB₂ receptors. These findings have enabled a more precise understanding of ligand–receptor interactions, particularly how agonists, antagonists, and reverse agonists stabilize distinct receptor states. Such knowledge is critical for rational drug design, allowing researchers to selectively modulate downstream signaling pathways. For instance, CB₁ receptors primarily couple to Gi/o …

Global Burden of Major Depressive Disorder: Prevalence, Diagnosis, and Impact: A Comprehensive review
Abstract: In this review, we will discuss about the major depressive disorders on the basis of neurobiological changes. MDD, a prevalent psychiatric condition, manifests as a complex interplay of genetic, environmental, and physiological factors with a substantial impact on individuals and societies globally. Here the clinical assessment is fully based on diagnosis and the statistical manual for mental disorder, 5th edition (DSM-5). The pathophysiology involves Diagnosis alterations in neurotransmitter systems, dysregulation …
