Modelling and Simulation DFIG based Wind power generator System
Abstract: AbstractThis system allows a variable speed operation over a large range. The converter compensates the difference between the mechanical angular frequency and grid frequency by injecting a rotor current with a variable frequency. Both during typical activity and deficiencies the conduct of the generator is in this manner administered by the power converter and its controllers. The power converter consists of two converters, the machine-side converter and grid-side converter, which …

Design and Simulation of Fuzzy Logic Based Speed Control for an SPWM Inverter-fed Induction Motor Taking Core Loss and Stray Load Losses into Account
Abstract: Speed and torque of an induction motor need to be controlled in order to achieve smooth control application. Field oriented control aids this factor and enables independent control of speed and torque by establishing an independent relationship between motor parameters. This complex relationship is developed due to consideration of core loss and stray load loss while modeling an induction motor. These two negligible but important parameters are neglected in most …

LQR-Based Optimal Control of Inverted Pendulum System with State Estimation and Stability Analysis
Abstract: The inverted pendulum on a cart is a canonical benchmark problem in control systems engineering, capturing the essential challenges of stabilizing an inherently unstable, underactuated, and nonlinear plant. Classical Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) controllers, while widely employed in industrial practice, exhibit fundamental performance limitations when applied to such systems, primarily due to their inability to account for multivariable coupling, process noise, and the absence of a systematic optimization framework. This paper presents …
