Role of Unani Formulation ‘Zaroor-E-Qawi’ in re-epithelialisation of the Chronic Wound: A Single Arm Prospective Clinical Study
Abstract: Background: Epithelialisation i.e. restoration of an intact epidermal layer is an essential criterion for wound healing. In fact, a wound which is not reepithelialised completely is not considered as healed one, no matter how perfectly the underlying dermal structures are restored. When the process of epithelialisation is compromised, impaired or delayed, it results in non-healing wound. Objectives: To assess the effect of the Unani formulation Zaroor-E-Qawi in the induction of …

Transfersome and Its Importance in Drug Delivery
Abstract: Transferosomes are super adaptable lipid bilayer vesicles that can infiltrate the skin intactly. Each transferosomes comprises of at any rate one inward fluid compartment, which is encircled by a lipid bilayer with uncommonly custom fitted properties coming about because of the joining of "edge activators" into the vesicular layer. Transfersomes can disfigure and go through tight narrowing (from 5 to multiple times not exactly their own width) without quantifiable misfortune. …
