Abstract: Graphene–Gd₂O₃ nanocomposites were synthesized by incorporating varying concentrations of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) into Gd₂O₃ using a straightforward room-temperature solution method. The composites were analyzed using various distinct characterization techniques, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).
