Abstract: A single SU-8 based glass microfluidic device is fabricated by maskless lithography and indirect bonding technique, using author’s own hands-on completely inside the cleanroom laboratory. Dyed aqueous isopropyl alcohol (90% dyed water, 10% isopropyl alcohol) is the prepared working liquid in this work. Experimental Studies to Record the Lithographically Fabricated Microstructures by Surface Profilometry and Scanning Electron Microscopy for Microfluidic Laboratory-on-a-Chip Systems
Abstract: In this research paper, the poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) microfluidic laboratory-on-a-chip system is fabricated in the cleanroom laboratory by maskless lithography, hot embossing lithography and direct bonding technique. The microstructures of the lab-on-a-chip system are measured by surface stylus profilometer. Also, the images of microstructures of lab-on-a-chip system are captured by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). This fabricated lab-on-a-chip system is useful in bioengineering applications.

Short Report on Surface-Driven Capillary Flow of Dyed Water in Straight Microchannel Fabricated by Polymer
Abstract: In this experimental work, a single straight microchannel of rectangular cross-section is fabricated by maskless lithography, hot embossing lithography and direct bonding technique. This microchannel is fabricated using polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) as optically transparent polymer. Dyed water is selected and prepared as working liquid. CMOS camera is used to record the surface-driven capillary flow of dyed water in the fabricated straight microchannel. This work will be useful in applied chemistry.

Fabrication of the SU-8 based Glass Microfluidic Devices to Record the Surface-Driven Capillary Flow of Water
Abstract: Total 12 individual leakage-free SU-8 based glass microfluidic devices are fabricated by the maskless lithography and indirect bonding technique. The surface-driven capillary flow of dyed water is successfully recorded inside these microfluidic devices. Total 12 individual audio video interleave files as ‘FileName.avi’ are recorded and analyzed in this research paper. This study may be useful for different microfluidic applications.
