Quantum-Fuzzy Tensor Operators and Uncertainty-Band Bifurcation for Symmetry-Preserving State Discrimination
Abstract: A tensor-operator framework is developed for fuzzy conjunction, fuzzy disjunction, and symmetry-preserving state discrimination in multi-qubit quantum systems. In this formulation, fuzzy membership and non-membership degrees are represented through expectations of effect operators acting on density matrices, providing a natural bridge between fuzzy logic and quantum measurement theory. Conjunction and disjunction operations are extended to the quantum domain via tensorised channels, constructed using projective measurements and unitary transformations, enabling logical …

Prime Editing and Base Editing in Human Hematopoietic Stem Cells Toward Scarless Correction of Monogenic Blood Disorders
Abstract: Monogenic hematological disorders – such as sickle cell disease (SCD), β-thalassemia, and X-linked chronic granulomatous disease (X-CGD) – affect >400, 000 newborns worldwide each year, with a considerable burden in low-resource settings . Although donor-derived allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation (HSCT) is widely regarded as curative, its application is limited due to issues of donor availability and graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and conditioning-related toxicity. DSB-based conventional CRISPR-Cas9 strategies are limited by inefficient …

Image-Based Crack Morphology Characterisation for Electrical Failure Analysis in Conductive Polymer Composites
Abstract: Electrical performance in conductive polymer composites is strongly governed by crack-network evolution, yet failure analysis typically relies on qualitative image inspection or electrical anomaly detection in isolation. This work proposes an end-to-end framework that converts optical/SEM crack imagery into a standardised crack morphology signature and quantitatively links it to electrical degradation indicators. A two-stage learning strategy is adopted: crack-representation pretraining using the public Concrete Crack Images for Classification dataset, followed …
