Assessment and In Vitro Studies of Potent Amylase Inhibitor from Different Plant Species
Abstract: Flavonoids are naturally occurring compounds widely distributed in plants, which have hypoglycemic potential. Amylase inhibitors belong to flavonoids that block amylases which are involved in hydrolyzing the carbohydrates to yield low molecular weight dextrin and sugars. Inhibition of α-amylase along with α-glucosidase can significantly reduce the post-prandial increase of blood glucose and can be an important strategy in the control of blood glucose level in the type-2 diabetic patients. In …

In-Silico Design and Study of Novel Tetrahydro-β-Carbolines as Inhibitor of HIV-1 Reverse Transcriptase
Abstract: In the present study, we have designed 50 novel tetrahydro-β-carboline derivatives as non-nucleoside inhibitors of HIV-1 reverse transcriptase. Docking studies of designed analogs were performed by molecular modeling software AutoDock 4.2 using HIV-1 reverse transcriptase (PDB ID: 1RT2) as receptor. Lipinski rule of five parameters and toxicity parameters were derived through online servers Molinspiration and Osiris property explorer respectively. Docking parameters such as binding free energy and predicted inhibitory constant …

Review on Zebrafish Model: A Novel Research Tool
Abstract: Zebrafish (Danio rerio) are a small‐bodied tropical, freshwater fish species originally from South Asia. The ease of care, year‐round prolific breeding, and transparent, external development have made these fish a popular model vertebrate for many fields of biology. Over the past 40years, the development methods for genetics, CNS system, CVS system and cancer and other researches have shown rapid development. This review provides an orientation to the zebrafish as a …

The Recent Changes in International Trade
Abstract: The presence of international trade in the global market is actually seen by the exchange of good and services, and by satisfying the need in international scales. It is characterized by various element and mostly influenced by the actual situation of the global market. However this research could raise two theory of factors of change of international trade; which are the initial factors theory and the extend factors theory. The …

Evaluating Open-Source Large Language Models for Educational Applications
Abstract: Mobile healthcare technologies generate sensitive information through electronic health records, smartphones, wearable sensors, medical imaging systems, and remote monitoring platforms. These distributed data sources can improve disease prediction, continuous monitoring, clinical decision support, and personalized healthcare, but centralized collection creates substantial privacy, security, interoperability, and data-governance concerns. Federated learning (FL) provides a distributed machine learning paradigm in which participating healthcare institutions and personal devices collaboratively train models while retaining raw …

Thermo-Parasitic-Aware Adaptive Switching Model (TPASM) for High-Frequency Microelectronic Power Devices
Abstract: The increasing switching frequency of modern solid-state semiconductor devices has intensified the influence of parasitic inductance, parasitic capacitance, temperature-dependent conduction losses, and transient voltage and current stresses. Conventional switching-loss models generally treat these effects independently, resulting in limited accuracy when the device operates under high-frequency and thermally varying conditions. This paper proposes a Thermo-Parasitic-Aware Adaptive Switching Model (TPASM) for coupled electrical, thermal, and parasitic analysis of high-frequency solid-state devices. The …

Mathematical Derivation and Stability Analysis of a Coupled Neutron Kinetics–Thermal Feedback Model for Nuclear Reactor Safety
Abstract: Nuclear reactor safety assessment requires accurate characterization of the coupled interaction between neutron population dynamics and thermal feedback during steady-state operation and transient conditions. This study develops a mathematically derived coupled neutron kinetics–thermal feedback model for analysing reactor stability and transient behaviour. The formulation integrates point reactor kinetics with delayed-neutron precursor dynamics, fuel-temperature evolution, coolant- temperature variation, and temperature-dependent reactivity feedback. The reactor is represented as a nonlinear dynamical system …

A Review on Strengthening of RC Beam with GFRP Composite in Shear
Abstract: Glass fibre-reinforced polymer (GFRP) composites have emerged as an effective and lightweight technique for enhancing the shear performance of reinforced concrete (RC) beams, particularly in strengthening and rehabilitation applications. This review examines the influence of GFRP configuration on the shear behaviour, strength, cracking response, deformation, and failure mechanisms of strengthened RC beams. The discussion covers side-bonded, vertical and inclined GFRP strips, U-shaped wrapping, and complete wrapping configurations, with emphasis on …

Design and Simulation of an Optical Fiber Communication System Using MATLAB
Abstract: Optical fiber communication is widely used for high-capacity data transmission because of its large bandwidth, low attenuation, immunity to electromagnetic interference, and support for wavelength-division multiplexing. These properties make fiber a fundamental medium in access, enterprise, submarine, and backbone networks, where high data rates, low error probability, and reliable transmission over distances ranging from buildings and campuses to metropolitan and long-haul links are required. This paper presents a MATLAB-oriented design …

TinyML-Based Real-Time Industrial Fault Detection Using Vibration Signals
Abstract: Industrial rotating machinery is commonly monitored through vibration measurements because changes in bearing condition can alter signal amplitude, impulsiveness, and spectral distribution. Cloud-centred analytics may introduce communication dependence, bandwidth demand, and response delay. Tiny Machine Learning (TinyML) offers a complementary approach by executing compact inference locally on resource-constrained edge hardware. This paper presents a reproducible, deployment-oriented workflow for vibration-based machine-state classification using statistical and spectral features with small classifiers suitable …
