Structure and Cube Texture Development Trend of Al4.5MgMn Alloy at Variable Annealing Conditions
Abstract: Hot-rolled Al4.5MgMn alloy was cold rolled to true strain levels 0.8, 1.6 and 2.3. Annealing at 300°C, 350°C and 400 °C was done to develop annealing structure. Investigation of microstructure and mechanical properties of multi-pass friction stir processing on precipitation hardened aluminum alloy
Abstract: In the present study, multi-pass friction stir processing of aluminum AA2014-T651 alloy is per-formed with one and four passes. The multi-pass processing is performed at a tool rotational speed of 1000 rpm with a traverse speed of 63 mm/min.
