Morphological and Dielectric Relaxation Responses of Polymer Stabilized Ferroelectric Liquid Crystal Composite Films
Abstract: Polymer-stabilized ferroelectric liquid crystal (GH-PSFLC) composite films have been prepared by polymerization-induced phase separation (PIPS) process as a function of polymer concentration. Epoxy polymer was homogeneously dispersed into FLC host matrix to create fibril network in the composite films. Twisted fibril-like network was observed through polarizing optical microscope through transmission mode. Preparation and Characterization of Aluminium Doped ZnO Thin Films by Spin Coating Technique
Abstract: In this work, the preparation of Al-doped ZnO (AZO) thin films by the sol-gel spin-coating method is reported. The structural properties and surface morphologies of film prepared at RT were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). Abstract: AbstractIn this work, the characteristics of a designed 450 nm true blue semiconductor laser are presented. Performance and optimizations of the designed laser are presented using InGaN/AlGaN active layer materials.
