High Gain Antenna Array (2x1 and 4x1) Design for WLAN Application
Abstract: Micro-strip antennas became very popular in 1970s primarily for space borne applications. Today they are used for government and commercial applications. These antennas consist of a metallic patch on a grounded substrate. The metallic patch can take many different configurations. However, the rectangular and circular patches are most popular because of ease of analysis and fabrication, and their attractive radiation characteristics, especially low cross-polarization radiation. In high performance aircraft, spacecraft, …

Precision Medicine for Neurofibromatosis Type 1: Progress and Prospects in Drug Discovery
Abstract: Objective: The development of neurofibromas, café-au-lait spots, and other neurological problems are the hallmarks of neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1), a hereditary disorder. The dearth of efficacious pharmaceutical therapies underscores the need for novel therapeutic approaches, even in the face of clinical variability. Through very accurate prediction of the binding affinity of possible therapeutic drugs with the target protein, the computational technique known as “molecular docking” has become a potent tool …

A Microcontroller based Electrical Appliances Control Using Bluetooth and Android Device
Abstract: AbstractThe smart phones have penetrated so deep into the lives of an individual that they have become an indispensible component in one’s life. Instead of designing another gadget for control of home appliances, the hand held smart phone of every individual can be made as a controlling device and this also makes a sense. In this paper, a home automation system for control of appliances is presented using android based …

Integrative Perspectives on Lipoma: Traditional Therapeutics from Siddha, Ayurveda, and Unani with Biomedical Correlates
Abstract: Background: Lipoma is the most common benign soft tissue tumor, with an incidence of approximately 2 per 1,000 individuals annually. Modern biomedicine attributes its pathogenesis to genetic abnormalities like HMGA2 rearrangements and dysregulated adipogenesis via PPARγ pathways. Effective pharmacological therapies are lacking. Traditional Indian systems – Siddha, Ayurveda, and Unani – offer unique perspectives and non‑surgical approaches yet remain underexplored in integrative research. Objective: To critically evaluate the descriptions, pathophysiological …
