Synthesis and Characterization of m-Amino Pyridine Derivatives
Abstract: Background: The current study involves the synthesis and characterization of amino derivatives. In the current research study, a series of m-amino pyridine derivatives were synthesized using m-amino pyridine and carbonyl compounds and characterized further. The pyridine derivatives have shown to possess potent antibacterial, antifungal, antitumor, antimalarial, anti-inflammatory antidiabetic, antioxidant, anthelmintic, anticonvulsant, antituberculous and so many other properties. Method: The condensation reaction of m-amino pyridine and carbonyl derivatives with ethanol is …

A Review on Advances in Personalized Medicine: from Genomics to Clinical Applications
Abstract: Personalised medicine, also known as precision medicine, is a revolutionary approach to healthcare that customises medical interventions and treatments for individual patients according to their distinct genetic, environmental, and lifestyle properties. The basic pillar of personalised medicine is genomics, and the area has seen an explosion of genetic information with the advent of high-throughput sequencing tools. Genomic data now provide unprecedented insights into the underlying genetic variations, mutations, and genetic …

Review on Drug induced hematological disorder.
Abstract: Drugs have the potential to profoundly impact not just the bone marrow, but also the entire spectrum of peripheral blood cells, leading to a wide array of hematologic disorders. These pharmaceutical-induced conditions can affect white blood cells, red blood cells, platelets, and the coagulation system, posing a significant risk in modern pharmacotherapy. Among the drug-induced syndromes, some noteworthy examples include aplastic anemia, agranulocytosis, hemolytic anemia, megaloblastic anemia, thrombocytopenia, methemoglobinemia, sideroblastic …

Role of Unani Formulation ‘Zaroor-E-Qawi’ in re-epithelialisation of the Chronic Wound: A Single Arm Prospective Clinical Study
Abstract: Background: Epithelialisation i.e. restoration of an intact epidermal layer is an essential criterion for wound healing. In fact, a wound which is not reepithelialised completely is not considered as healed one, no matter how perfectly the underlying dermal structures are restored. When the process of epithelialisation is compromised, impaired or delayed, it results in non-healing wound. Objectives: To assess the effect of the Unani formulation Zaroor-E-Qawi in the induction of …
