New RP-HPLC Method Development and Validation for Simultanious Estimation and Forced Degradation Studies of Gallic acid and Curcumin in Solid Dosage Form
Abstract: Objective: A New method was established for simultaneous estimation of Gallic acid and curcumin by RP-HPLC method. Methods: Chromatographic separations were performed on an Inspire (4.6 x 150mm, 5m) column with a mobile phase composition of 0.1 percent OPA buffer and Acetonitrile (30:70) delivered at a flow rate of 1 ml/min, and detection was performed on a waters HPLC auto sampler, separation module 2695 with PDA detector 2996 at wavelength …

Versatile Application of Tannase: A Review
Abstract: Micro - organisms tannase is industrial-important enzymatic enzymes can, through oxidation with secondary metabolites including such tannins, catalyze that production of Gallic acid or glucose. Tannase are commonly used in the production, drink, food processing and brewing and chemical industries. Tannic acid with low-value agroindustrial waste was also commonly used in manufacturing besides tannase production. Tannase also have huge 124-310 KDa variety with molecular weights as well as a great …

Antiurolithiatic Bioactives from Rotula aquatica Lour
Abstract: Urolithiasis is a complex process of kidney stone formation involves various stages of nucleation and mineralization. Plants are used for treatment of urolithiasis from early times. Thus the study was evolved around the plant Rotula aquatica Lour. used as “Paashanabhedha”. The present study reveals the bioactivity guided isolation of anti-urolithiatic compounds from successive solvent extracts of the roots of Rotula aquatica Lour. The isolated compounds showed significant in-vitro antiurolithiatic activity …
