Utilization of Jackfruit as a Potential Supplement in Yoghurt and Evaluation of Its Nutritional and Commercial Aspects
Abstract: This study aimed to formulate fruit juice yoghurt by incorporating nutritious and flavorful jackfruit juice, known for its health benefits.
