Investigations into the Mechanical and Thermal Properties of Fe3C Compound: A Comprehensive Analysis
Abstract: Exploration of mechanical properties of Fe3C powder using Williamson-Hall analysis by using Mechanical alloying technique. The primary objective of this study is to investigate the lattice strain (LS) and nanocrystalline size (CS) in an Fe3C produced from powder using the Mechanical Alloying Method (MAM). By the repeated mechanical crushing, the LS created by MAM is expected to decrease while the CS is anticipated to reduce the particle size. To accomplish …

Role of Strontium in Structural and Dielectric characterstics of Barium Titanate
Abstract: Ba₀.₇₅Sr₀.₂₅TiO₃ (BST) compound was synthesized through the conventional solid-state reaction methodology, aimed at investigating its structural, microstructural, and dielectric characteristics. The structural characterization was executed employing X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the resultant diffraction patterns were refined utilizing the Rietveld method, which substantiated the establishment of a single-phase perovskite configuration exhibiting tetragonal symmetry and belonging to the P4mm space group. The refined lattice parameters revealed subtle distortions correlating with the substitution …

Comprehensive study of Entanglement Entropy in Quantum Field Theory: Analysis of Conformal Field Theory to Massive Field Extensions and Holographic Entanglement
Abstract: This paper provides an in-depth analysis of entanglement entropy (EE) in quantum field theory (QFT), with a particular focus on its computation using the replica trick and its applications to both conformal and non-conformal systems. Beginning with an introduction to the basics of QFT, the study explains how entanglement entropy quantifies the quantum correlations between subsystems in a pure state, represented by the von Neumann entropy of the reduced density …

Overview of Ionic Polarization: A Model Based Novel Approach
Abstract: This study presents a comprehensive analysis of ionic polarization through a novel model-based approach that integrates theoretical, computational, and experimental methodologies. Ionic polarization, which significantly influences the dielectric properties of materials, is examined through the lens of the Clausius-Mossotti equation and the Debye relaxation model, providing a theoretical framework for understanding the relationship between ionic displacement and dielectric behavior. To explore ionic displacement and polarization at the atomic level, advanced …

Numerical simulation and Artificial neural network illustration of phase-change material integrated into lattice structures printed in 3D
Abstract: This work examines the phase change material (P.C.M.) deposited in various lattice formations—such as “S.C., B.C.C., and F.C.C”.—at varied characteristics. The test concentrates on comprehending heat transport properties and thermal activity throughout the “melting and solidification processes”. The heater's maximum temperature, P.C.M. “melting and solidification”, and Nusselt number are among the essential factors examined. According to the findings, the heater's maximum temperature drops as porosity increases. Although the Nusselt values …

Solid-State Reactions: Mechanistic Insights, Kinetic Behavior and Emerging Applications in Advanced Materials
Abstract: Solid-state reactions are fundamental to the synthesis and transformation of inorganic materials, playing a crucial role in the development of ceramics, semiconductors, catalysts, and energy storage systems. Unlike reactions in liquid or gaseous phases, they are limited by restricted atomic mobility and typically require elevated temperatures to enhance diffusion and overcome activation energy barriers. These reactions proceed through interfacial contact between solid reactants, followed by nucleation of product phases and …

Influence of Infill Density on Structural Performance of FDM-Processed PET-G Polymer: Experimental Validation through Quadcopter Flight Testing
Abstract: Polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified (PET-G) is an amorphous thermoplastic copolymer increasingly adopted in structural applications through fused deposition modeling (FDM). However, the correlation between FDM processing parameters, especially infill density, and mechanical performance of PET-G parts remains inadequately characterized under real-life loading conditions. This study investigates how infill density (10% and 30%, grid pattern) influences the structural integrity of FDM-processed PET-G components, validated experimentally through quadcopter airframe fabrication and flight testing. …
