Therapeutic Potential of Plant-Derived Phytochemicals in Targeting Receptor Pathways Related to Non-Enzymatic Glycation: A Meta-Analysis
Abstract: Background: Non-enzymatic glycation, where reducing sugars react with proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids, contributes to various pathological conditions, such as diabetic complications and cardiovascular diseases. This process is facilitated by the receptor for advanced glycation end-products (RAGE), which is pivotal in driving inflammation and causing tissue damage. Objective: This meta-analysis evaluates the effects of plant-derived phytochemicals on RAGE expression and associated signaling pathways, assessing their therapeutic potential in glycation-related diseases. …

Non-Enzymatic Glycation in Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Disease: A Molecular Approach to Pathology and Recent Advances
Abstract: Non-enzymatic glycation, a biochemical process by which reducing sugars spontaneously bind to proteins, leads to the formation of advanced glycation end-products (AGEs), which have emerged as critical contributors to the pathogenesis of several neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and Parkinson’s disease (PD). The accumulation of AGEs can significantly alter protein structure, stability, and function, triggering a cascade of detrimental effects, including increased oxidative stress, heightened neuroinflammation, and the promotion …

Design and Simulation of Low Power Allow Area High Speed Carry Save Adder using CMOS 16 nm Technology.
Abstract: In this article, we propose a novel 1-bit hybrid full adder circuit that is implemented using eighteen transistors. Simulations are done using the Mentor Graphics Tool 16nm technologies. The performances are evaluated based on their speed, average power consumption, and power-delay product. The essential components of arithmetic units including compressors, comparators, parity checkers, etc. are full adders. Thus, raising the performance of the entire adder will raise the system's performance. …

Codal Validation and Optimization of Gantry Girders Under Variable Wheelbase and Impact Loads: A Review of Analytical, Numerical, and Codal Approaches
Abstract: Gantry girders serve as critical structural elements in industrial facilities such as steel plants, workshops, and heavy manufacturing units, where electric overhead traveling (EOT) cranes operate. The design of these girders is governed by stringent codal provisions to ensure safety under bending, shear, and deflection. However, discrepancies between codal predictions, analytical formulations, and finite element analysis (FEA) results, particularly under variable wheelbase and dynamic impact loads, have been widely reported. …

Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS): Pathophysiology, Diagnosis and Treatment Approaches
Abstract: Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) refers to physical and psychological symptoms that occur during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle and are clinically severe, causing significant anguish and impairment in functioning. It is a cluster of symptoms that many women experience just before the onset of their menstrual cycle and after ovulation since estrogen and progesterone levels start to sharply decline if you are not pregnant. After a woman's menstruation begins, …
