Multiple Sequence Alignment Algorithms for a Protein Structure for a Biological Data using Dynamic Programming Method
Abstract: Many algorithms use dynamic programming to align two sequences. In this paper a new algorithm is proposed to perform multiple Sequence alignment. This algorithm is developed by taking the inspiration of dynamic programming and is implemented on protein structures of any length. It uses particle swarm optimization (PSO) techniques to get the best alignment. The proposed approach tries to improve the sequence alignment obtained by Needleman Wunsch algorithm.

Decomposition of Dynamic Graphs in Memory Saving with Effective Programming
Abstract: This study proposes a simple and effective heuristic to save memory in effective programming on tree decompositions when solving a graph optimization problem. The introduced “anchor technique” is based on a tree-like set covering problem. We substantiated our findings by experimental results. Our strategy has negligible computational overhead concerning running time but achieves memory savings for nice tree decompositions and path decompositions between 60% and 98%.

Binary Shape Segmentation and Classification using Coordination Number (CN)*
Abstract: We proposed a novel, micro-structures, shape-preserving local descriptor for contour-segmentation- based binary object classification and recognition, named local coordination number count (LCNC). In this method, we formulate the problem by estimating the 8-neighbourof each binary object pixel. In the matching stage, we used Euclidean distance between eigenvalues corresponding to correlation coefficient and the dynamic programming to find out the optimal correspondence between boundary smoothness of two shapes. Experimental results obtained …

Abstract: Structural symmetry is a fundamental constraint across scientific domains, dictating the stability, functionality, and efficiency of systems from the subatomic to the macroscopic. In physics and chemistry, symmetry is mathematically defined through Group Theory, specifically point groups (e.g., Cnv, Oh). These groups govern molecular orbital interactions; high-symmetry configurations, such as the icosahedral C60 fullerene, achieve optimal energy distribution and structural resilience. In Structural Biology, symmetry is an evolutionary strategy for …
