Nanostructure-Induced Thermoelectric Enhancement in Bi₂Te₃ Nanorods Design, Analysis, and Performance Evaluation
Abstract: Thermoelectric materials capable of efficient energy conversion near room temperature are critical for waste heat recovery applications. In this work, solution-grown Bi₂Te₃ nanorods were synthesized via a trioctylphosphine-assisted thermal decomposition route, and the influence of surfactant-induced nanostructuring on their thermoelectric properties was systematically investigated. Abstract: Longterm daily temperature and rainfall data (2000–2024) for thirty-five locations ranging from ~350 to >4000 m amsl were obtained from the NASA POWER database. Abstract: In the present experimental investigation AA6082/Si3N4/C/Al2O3 composite was successfully fabri-cated using stir casting technique combined with electromagnetic stirrer for wear resistance applica-tions. The produced AA6082/Si3N4/C/Al2O3 composite exhibits improved tribological and me-chanical and properties, according to the experimental results.
