Ultrasonic Dispersion of Halloysite Nanotubes for Enhanced Mechanical, Thermal, and Morphological Performance of Epoxy Composites
Abstract: Halloysite nanotube (HNT)-reinforced epoxy nanocomposites were prepared by mixing HNT with bisphenol-A epoxy (LY 556) using ultrasonication, followed by compression molding. HNT contents of 0–5 wt.% were used. The composites were evaluated for tensile strength, flexural strength, Shore D hardness, Izod impact strength, and thermal stability using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Abstract: This study presents the development and application of bismuth (Bi)-doped CuGaS₂ thin films for enhanced performance in photovoltaic and electrocatalytic systems. Using a cost-effective all-solution processing method, Bi-doped CuGaS₂ chalcopyrite nanocrystals were synthesized and spray-deposited onto molybdenum substrates.
